Thanksgiving

As we do most years, our family will be in Jackson Alabama for Thanksgiving. We will be eating too much, hunting some, watching A LOT of football, and playing Wii. I love Donna's family as much as I do my own!!
I have a lot to be thankful for everyday!! I wasn't promised this day, but God gave it to me anyway!! I will be an uncle in 2009!! My sister Janet and her husband Henry are expecting a nephew for me. Well I'm not sure they are doing that just for me, but I'm going to give thanks anyway, and pray for a healthy baby and a safe delivery!! Donna's nephew John Higginbotham will be graduating from Auburn (that agriculture school in Alabama) Dec 19th and will be getting married in March 09!! I will be praying for a happy and long marriage for he and Sarah.
God has blessed me so much that I do not have room in this blog to mention everything, but here are the high points:
I am blessed with a wife that is my joy everyday!! On Dec 4th we will celebrate our 15th wedding anniversary!! She is still my best friend, love of my life, and the most gorgeous, HOT, amazing woman I have ever known!! Our children just had birthdays and are 12 and 8. Most of the time they get along and are joys to be around. Bailey is having a GREAT 6th grade year, and I can't describe how proud I am of her!! Griffin is the most observant person I have ever known at that young of an age. He is doing great in school as well!!
I am so thankful for my church family!! I am thankful of their heart for worshipping God. I am also thankful, more than I can express, to be able to sing with as talented a group of worshipers as our praise team. I have never known a collective group that loves praising God more than this group, and it is my pure joy to be a part of that!!
More than all of these things, I am thankful that God decided that I was worth loving so much that he made a way for me to be with him for eternity!!
